An Arrow-like consuming Launcher added within the Caipora's Box, during the Mexico vs. Zombies Update.

Strategy

Trimming the edges and sharpening the spears, this Launcher spits out massive arrow-like projectiles that will force even the mightiest of builds to evade its handler. Predictably, this prehistoric weapon finds itself far from the strands of time, having leverage in its amazing damage - great rate of fire, accuracy, reload speed, and feed, all that hindered by its projectile shot and modest range.

Just as it is for its reach, this weapon has decent agility which may drop its firepower slightly, but fret not, as not only can this gun take on the role of both Run And Gun & Camping, it consumes the prized effects of a higher headshot chance, as well as lodging; enabling fierce competition in Ambushes & Circle arounds. Tiresome of these holders, take to the hills, using a Water Weapon, Assault Weapon, or Heavy Weapon.

Trivia

  • What exacerbates this weapons already amazing firepower, is its high chance to proc two effects; that being a lodged projectile or headshot.
    • It should be noted both of these bonuses are randomized, and cannot be exploited.
    • When the user gains the "lodging effect", the javelin that impales the target may tag the enemy a second time (without another shot having been fired) meaning the player is getting double the damage for only tagging the enemy once.
    • This burst of added damage also occurs in all flare-based weapons, and seems to have a much higher chance to initiate in enemies with enhanced health and/or protection.
    • As for the "headshot" part of this gun, not only is it exclusive to this non-scope weapon, it means handlers can fire away at an enemies body, and the sheer size of these projectiles may wind up hitting their head before their torso - again, dealing twice the damage in a single shot.
  • Without these intricacies, the weapon can down Whiplash in 12 shots, dealing 125% damage a shot, but getting very lucky, then with one of either, 6.
    • It is impossible to have both effects trigger at the same time in a single shot, however if it were, it would be dealing 500% damage.
  • While not worthwhile in the long game, the skill on this weapon has a 3s cooldown and fires a smokeless javelin that travels at the identical rate of the guns projectiles, but has an arrow-like hitbox and no auto-aim is initiated - just as its about to exit the barrel - above it all though, it deals less than half the damage of its base attack.
    • Before it flees from the mount, the skill will gain a blinking blue animation (identical to that of the Dual Stun Blasters)
    • If it impacts a surface, the projectile uses the arrow snapping animation.
  • Similar to the Fireworks Cart, this gun features an array of its ammunition, yet does not fire it all at once, sacrificing only its middlemost projectile.
  • Somewhat like the Blunderbuss, this gun appears very simplistic in design, but may have a much more sophisticated internal design.
  • Fascinatingly, this weapon did not endure the damage protections of the April Fools' Day 5, Splash Wars Updates, Cyber Tarantula 2 Update, Myth Hunters Update, and Sea Hunters Update.
