The April Fools' Day 4 is an Event abruptly landing on the 1st of April, 2019, at 6pm; lasting only a day; and borrows mechanics used in the 2nd April Fools'.

During its short run #017 Dwayne & #018 Nweton premiered, while No-Fools Madness Megapack, "The Little Friend", A.T.A.R.O.T. Pack, Mobile Assisted Unit R.I., Headless Baron Kit, Triple Barrel Gatling, New Menace Pack, Haunted Guns, RA-KT Assault Rifle, Rail Gun, and Dual Revolvers, started the madness.

- It is the second one-day event, after April Fools' Day.
- The main pull of this years April Fools was tier 3, as rookies and novices could attain the needed Legendary Respawnites to purchase either Glass Cannon or Zombie Bull.
- While in effect, players received 100%

- Ignoring the Rookie Machine Gun; all weapons had their stats removed for the duration, however the Post-Toxic Crossbow still dealt its normal damage.
