The Plasma Machinegun is an Energy-based Weapon that is obtained either through the Superstars Weapon Pack or by itself, available during the Superstars Update. It was added permanently after the Chinese New Year 3 Update; or so that was, until the end of the Easter Update of 2021.
Strategy[]
Aside from the novelty this Assault Weapon has, its damage supersedes anything that could have been of it, especially as a pay option only. One other let down to note, is the agility - being quite mediocre, however its flaws give way to its peaked range, accuracy, rate of fire, energy supply, and decent reload speed. Just light armor is enough to bring this weapon to its low point.
Seeing as its so, this Machine Gun is best at the guise of a Camping strategy, where handlers can lend in some Suppressive Fire on enemies, connecting to its damage from Afar, grinding through opponents slowly but surly. Closing the range gap can be a problem, especially when taking on Shotguns, Dual Weapons, and Handguns.

Trivia[]
- There is no hint to this weapons origins, either in the Men in Black movies nor its Comics, it may just be a "Single Barrel Plasma Rifle".
- This might explain why it has considerably less damage then its Shotgun counterpart.
- In the Update where it was brought to permanency, it would lose its more iconic reload sfx (the Zap Gun's) for the Dual Rookie Machine Guns.
- It would remain the only weapon unable to be improved through its supply, although, it does get buffs via its class.
