The Golden Hero Equipment is a bundle that was introduced in the Chinese New Year 2017 (Update) and was available for $17.99 by purchasing the bundle, or $54.99 through the Great Luck Chinese Pack.

This is the second full-bodied armor to have shown a "human" face!
