Cyber Tarantula is an Event starting on the 20th of September, installed by the Cyber Tarantula Update. Points were awarded only if the player used a Scoped Weapon and fought in Free For All, certain cyber tarantulas - which were not only rarer, but also harder to catch were added; and granted more points.
Taking on the invasion were X-PI Mystic Pack, CT-Hunter Pack, CT-HU Visor, and Great Alliance Megabundle; with Fireworks Cart, Monkey Staff, Monkey's Rifle, Dragon's Breath Cannon, Chinese Heroes Armors, Great Luck Chinese Pack, Golden Fire Pack, Golden Hero Equipment, and Metal Earth Pack exterminating again.

During this trial, the Hunter Handgun and Decorated Soldier Set were on sale.
The Monkey Staff, Scoped Assault Rifle, and Hunter Handgun are available for rent.

Trivia[]
- The requirement for each tier was simply "Get Event points by defeating the invaders." Normally the requirement will state the events main objective instead of a very broad statement.
- While scoped, using Medic Jacket made the user immune to all damage; and a simple glitch quickly sprouted as well, which was to press reload, press the scope button, and scope out whilst reloading; allowing players to take back their full field-of-view without having to scope in at all!
- However pressing the scope button again undid this trick, and the process would have to be redone again.
- While it lasted, the most widely used weapon was the Automatic Grenade Launcher.
- While the gadget and currency prizes remained consistent along with their point requirements, the final tier in each trial was bumped up by 5 points each week.
