The Energy Stinger is an Energy-Type Launcher that was introduced in the Cyber Menace Update and can be purchased in part of the 'WASP' Set.
Strategy[]
Being the first of some greatly improved new-age Launchers, this futuristic RPG has an increased cartridge supply, a reliable rate of fire, massive damage per shot, and compensating that damage with a large splash radius that hits just as hard. Similar to its competitor, the Rocket Guitar Case, this launcher can receive massive buffs and debuffs, but due to its damage output it can be hard to comeback from if the user distances themselves from close range threats, notably though it does not handle well against anti equipment mains as their gear can render this weapon too self-defeating in close quarters. Nonetheless this weapon excels as an Energy Weapon, and is capable of taking on Hordes.
Concluding with its range interference deficit, this weapon is great in a Camping strategy as it has massive splash and damage, along with vastly stronger benefits compared to its older cousin the Scoped Rocket Launcher, however in tight situations it can be cumbersome due to its very low agility. In a firefight against Bows, Shotguns, and Water Weapons, this gun begins to take losses.

Trivia[]
- It loosely resembles the Halo M41 SPNKR, with only a single barrel attachment, and a cartridge supply in the back instead of the center.
- Looking at the weapon itself, aside from its AtomDrome logo, the white it carries forms a mesh pattern (only noticeable in-game).
- Fascinatingly, this weapon carries its own explosive "pods", which appear similar to M69 60MM mortar rounds with a neon blue ring around its shell.
- It is one of few predominantly Energy or otherwise Elemental Weapons that receives nerfs from Anti-Explosive Gear.
- Its massive scope is merely an accessory and does not actually grant scope access nor does it provide any unique rocket enhancements.
- Interestingly, this weapon uses both of the Bazooka's firing and reloading sfx, but the reload is cut by 300 milliseconds.
- During Ghostbusters Events this weapon outperforms all other Energy Weapons, killing Stay Puft Marshmallow Man in just five shots.
- It would meet its match however in Hero Rift, with the Thunderstruck.
