The Dual Stake Launcher is a Launcher with heightened firepower compared to its singular counterpart - a trait not all to common in Dual Weapons - it was introduced in the Monster Mash Update as a final prize. Nearing the end though, this weapon would return in the BlackBird Vs. AtomDrome Update at a level requirement of 12 with a 45 GoldIcon pricing.

Strategy[]

Similar to certain other guns, these twins deal four-shot damage to attribute-only enemies, and scales from there, which already grants them decent damage, paired with a solid rate of fire, reload speed, ammo supply, range, and agility; this all counteracted by its slow moving projectiles and inaccuracy at a distance. Bigger than those flaws however, is due to the base damage, it will be near nulled against Anti & Tank Equipment.

Aside from those weak points however, this gun can relatively recover as it gives a slow-down effect to enemies, making for kills even while at range, and the ability to fight or flight in a moments notice against nearby opponents. Utilizing these factors, users are best suited for Run And Gun, with an occasional Ambush. Far from targets, this weapon is impaled by Bows, Heavy Weapons, and Assault Weapons.

Trivia[]

  • Unfortunately, no animations were made to show this weapon depleting its magazines whenever it fires off a round.
  • During Grenade Fest 2 this weapon reached its peak, as anyone who had obtained this invaluable weapon used it to collect grenade kills, as enemies lay stuck just long enough for a Grenade to go off.
