Dual Pistols are the 12th weapon available for purchase.

Strategy[]

Although demanding a bit more from the players wallet, these Dual Handguns prove very resourceful early on once obtained, however as where they land, it's to be expected that these Pistols have rather underwhelming firepower when getting any higher than level 25. However with some purchases into MX Gear, this gun can gain a major boost against casual enemies, but if faced by enemies even moderately armored, it begins to deter to underperforming.

Because of its poor range, yet great agility & rate of fire players should remain in motion once a match starts, as due to its rather low damage, mags, and mediocre reload speed it can be well served in Run And Gun, greatly utilizing Ambush & Circle around tactics to gain an upper hand against nearby opponents. This predator becomes prey for Shotguns, Bows, and Assault Weapons.

Trivia[]

  • Although it shares its above average crosshair width with the Rookie Machine Gun, these Pistols lose a significant amount of precision over long distances.
  • Noted quite often, and being the case in many other shooters, these guns persist at a light payload, alike to 116 others.
  • As is the case with many low-power firearms, these twins are the only one of their stopping power?, discounting the Metamorphic CannonCSB
  • Ousted from many other Dual Weapons, these ones comprise of above average reach, to the tune of twenty-four other largely AR's.
  • Had its damage been slightly raised without necessitating the need for MX Gear, then its cumbersome reload speed would descend from those sixteen it shares with currently.
  • It is 1/24 weapons with a subpar Firing Rate.
  • Similar with the Heavy Machine Gun & Bazooka, among their Class', the Dual Pistols provide some interesting animation loops when either entering idle, or purchasing an item.
    • After 20s has passed then the Respawnable will begin to twirl these pistols about until they humorously fly off the "handle" and bump the character on the head, to which a disgruntled avatar drops down to retrieve them and retry, until he is tapped by the player.
    • Somewhat like in the animation seen in the Projectile Weapons Class for when a gamer is away, if an akimbo gun is equipped while reascending a transaction, the holder will proceed to throw the guns in the air, to then give the buyer a pair of 'thumbs up'.
  • Playing into the realm of the games cartoon logic, while the holder cannot preform a perfect akimbo twirl, he can manage to reload such a class with ease.
    • Usually preformed in under 2s, any Dual Weapons can be reloaded by first spinning them, then pushing the barrels into the wielders pocket area, thus "transferring" an ammo restore.
  • Not only are they the first dual items to appear in the game, they are also the first of its class - Handguns.
  • They may be based off a Beretta M9.
    • A great exemplary in the hall of arms, "the Beretta walked so the Glock could run." Not only was this pistol prominent with most of the worlds military', it would prove reliable even in home defense, as well as enduring under otherwise critical conditions for most sharpshooters.
    • Interestingly, much to the tune of its realty variant, the "akimbo pistols" as they're designated here, phased out well into the Old Meta, and as of 2017 in the real world, the Barretta M9 as it was a stock option for the USMC, is now beginning its welcomed retirement from almost a quarter' a century of active duty.
  • At the end of a match The Recruit (Brown Hair) wields this gun, showing lobby results.
  • During and after the Mexico vs. Zombies 3 Update, these Handguns received the MX Tag, granting them the ability to be heavily buffed!
