The DL Cap is a Head Armor added in the Summer Camp 5 Update.
Function
This Cap increases the damage of the Rookie Machine Gun and the Golden "Rookie" by 50%.
It can be combined with the DL T-Shirt to give a 100% damage increase, essentially doubling the damage.
