This armor sets itself apart from others to its unit, as it does not rely on protection or weapon buffs, being able to rely on something far stronger, its damage potential, healing potential, and agility potential, with all that in combination, this armor excels at making the most out of its damage properties, as the armor does not rely on protection, but rather damage received to activate its 50% damage increase, making you much more powerful, being able to overwhelm quickly, and replenish health later.
With the armor in mind, the best strategy for such a beast of character is a Run And Gun strategy, you want to be using its bonuses to get up close with enemies, so that you can deliver a powerful attack, and once an enemy is defeated the wearer can run faster - to either make for an escape, or rush in guns blazing, additionally, the health regeneration kicks in allowing you to think less about a tactical retreat, and more about savoring more assaults! This armor specs into the Glass Cannon build very well, as though you lose some needed health, the extra damage and speed allow you to deal good damage.
