To those who still visit this site, and the veterans who may see certain changes on their favorite weapons - ALL individual weapons, and the weapon template will be getting a makeover.
Video SFX's will be improved vastly; better defining a weapons reload w/o having an animation present to correlate & adding splash effect sfx' for weapons using them.
Video animations will be made to also accommodate these actions as well, better representing the uniqueness of the weapon in question, allowing trivia answers to be better understood.
Additional video animations will be added; concerning the characters idle animation, mission gesture, equipage and reload.
As mentioned, the page Template:Weapon, will be greatly updated, not only adding in the classification page that has been needed since the Weapon Tag System, but also better segmenting pricings, and condensing the overall quantity of this template.
Partnered closely, will be the 'Analysis/Weapon Analysis' section, granting its own Template, better observing a weapons attributes & variables, as well as including outliers like projectiles, fire rate, reload speeds, and so much more.
As some begin to notice, certain trivia answers are either outdated or are in direct (and sometimes indirect) contradiction with other weapons, this will be atoned for in the previously mentioned feature as well as adding even more factoids to this area in most instances.
Though this is indeed the bulk of completing the items classified as a weapon, it is only the beginning of the Resurgence.
As a collective, we understand these implementations and so much more should have been made during this games incredible nine year lifespan, but even in the end, the 'Mayhem' continues, and maybe one day it will indeed resurface.
